If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the order and we will be happy to exchange it for you, or refund your money.

All returns or refund requests must be received by us within 15 days of your original order.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Any product returned must be in its original packaging, and contain eighty-five percent of its original purchase weight.
A copy of your receipt is required, make sure your order number and date is clearly marked.
Shipping costs for orders and cost for returning orders will not be refunded.
